Q: Are these for personal use?

A: No. All SlimPens products are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for personal, therapeutic, or cosmetic use under any circumstances.

Q: Do I need a prescription to purchase?

A: No prescription is required. However, buyers must confirm their intent to use the products solely for research purposes. We do not sell to individuals who intend to use peptides for human or animal administration.

Q: Do these pens need to be kept cold?

A: Yes. All research pens must be stored between 2–8°C. To maintain potency and shelf life, our products are shipped using cold-chain packaging and should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland only. All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre with tracked, temperature-controlled delivery.
